You will only see battery voltage at the AAC in pulses. It uses a duty cycle, like the fuel injectors, to vary it's opening amount. What's it reading to be out of spec? The duty cycle varies depending on tons of outside conditions, and I usually see it between 15% to 35%. If it's too low, you probably have a vacuum leak (this is evidence of the ECU trying to reduce the amount of auxiliary air but is unable to get it low enough to reduce the idle speed) or the idle screw way too far open. If the number is too high, the idle screw is probably too far closed. If your AAC and FICD connectors are chipped/broken/cracked, are you sure you don't have them swapped?
